250 g flour
9 cl of milk
30gm melted butter
30 grams of sugar
1 c. to c. Dry bread yeast or bread yeast 12 g
1 c. to c. Vanilla extract or liquid vanilla

1 Gently heat the milk (until it becomes lukewarm) and dilute the yeast in it with a little sugar. In a bowl, mix the flour, melted butter, sugar and eggs, then knead the dough.
2 Grease the salad bowl and put the dough inside. Let it rise in a warm place, away from air currents.
Leave it to rise for a good hour. It should double in size.
3 Pour the dough onto a floured work surface and chop the dough to a thickness of 3 cm.
Form 6 donuts and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
4 Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
Let them cool and stuff them with the filling.
